Frandocs Operations Manuals include Six Months of Consulting by Our  Operations Manual Specialists. Our consultants will work with you on a one-on-one basis to complete your Operations Manual.

Frandocs has created a complete operations manual. Our manual specialists have taken over 10 years to develop a manual to be given to new franchisee's and to also be used in corporate operations. The Franchise Operations Manuals are designed for all types of business including, service, restaurant, retail, and consulting business. Each client is assigned a Manual Specialist to consult with them on modifying the manuals to exactly fit their business.

The Operations Manual is designed to be flexible. It can be expanded to fit corporate or franchise operations. An operations manual is critical to any successful franchise, single or multi-unit business.

Pictures can be inserted into the manual to illustrate your products or menu items. Advertisements for the franchisee's to run in local papers, yellow pages or magazines can also be inserted, with coupons. The forms listed are an addition to the manual and can be inserted where desired. These forms will be used by the Franchisee in day to day operations. All forms are on CD Rom and can be modified to fit any business. A sample of the employment agreement form can be viewed by clicking on the button below.

Consulting
Each client is assigned a Manual Specialist to consult with on modifying the manuals to exactly fit their business. The consulting is a very integral part of the Manual Program. Our specialists will work to develop a specific manual to fit your business and its' needs.

Pre-Opening Manual
Pre-Opening Procedures Manual: contains items the new franchisee or business operator needs to know to launch the business prior to scheduled training in the new business, includes disk, printed version & consulting.

Personnel
Personnel Manual: This part of the manual includes details concerning personnel policies, job descriptions, hiring and training procedures, benefit schedules for employees, legal methods of job termination for employees, includes disk and courtesy copy.

Operations
Operations Manual: gives exact details on how every part of the business must be done, showing procedures on how to do each individual task, allowing the operator a full reference on running the business under the guidelines of Corporate Franchise Management. Includes specific technical operations details relating to your products and procedures. You will also insert your business name, Logo, address and phone numbers so that the manual will relate only to your business.

A Franchise Operations Manual pays for itself many times over in Franchise Sales and by lowering the cost of Franchisee control. By giving the Franchisee and the Franchisee's employees absolute direction in the business operations, you the Franchisor will reduce the time and cost of supervision.
