Both payments options are renewable at the end of the 6 (six) month term at the previously purchased rate.

FRANCHISE RULE CHANGE

FranDocs, Experts in Franchising™ has the new Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) available as of January 15, 2008. Written in Template format prepared in Microsoft Word for ease of modification for any Franchise Business. The new UFDD is available as stated below:

                                        Current Clients

FranDocs, Experts in Franchising™ will provide the new UFDD document free of charge, to all of its’ current clients, via download or on CD Rom by request, beginning  on January 15, 2008. Eligible current clients are those who have purchased the Platinum Program between January 1 of 2007 to January 1, 2008, or the Gold Program between July 1, 2007 to January 1, 2008. If you are eligible to receive your free UFDD, please respond via email with your current company information, contact person and email or shipping address.

                                     Consulting Clients

Clients, who have purchased the Platinum Franchising Program prior to January 1, 2007 or the Gold Franchising Program prior to July 1, 2007 respectively and are currently enrolled in the FranDocs Consulting Program, are eligible to receive the new UFDD “Free of Charge” beginning on January 15, 2008. To receive your free UFDD, please respond via email with your current company information, contact person and email or shipping address.

                              Lapsed Clients / Renewal

If you are not currently enrolled in the FranDocs Consulting Program, and your initial consulting term has expired; sign up now and renew/reactivate your consulting program. There are two levels of consulting as described below. Within both the Platinum Consulting program and the Gold Consulting program you will receive the new UFDD, plus any other updates & forms, and six (6) months consulting to assist you with the completion of your new document as well as information on the changing Franchise Rule for you, your attorney and accountant. You will receive your UFDD via download or CD Rom as per your request. Please enter your preference in the comment box.
 

New Clients

If you are a new FranDocs, Experts in Franchising Client, and have made your purchase after January 1, 2008, you have received the new UFDD. If you are planning to make a purchase and it is after January 1, 2008 you will receive the New Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD) as well as the latest updates and Forms.
