Franchising Program
The Platinum Program
includes everything you need to franchise your business, including a
full year of unlimited consulting assistance by our Experts In
Franchising staff, preparation of your documents, and total
assistance in Franchise Marketing.
Your Franchise Disclosure Documents,
(FDD), Franchise Agreement & Exhibits, will be prepared by our staff
to be submitted to a Franchise Attorney for review and approval.*
This is not a template program. The Platinum
program includes preparation and
development of your documents and full consulting on your Franchise Business.
Frandocs will prepare a Franchise Agreement which
spells out in detail, all of the terms of your contract with the
Franchisee. The Franchise Agreement includes all of the
responsibilities of the Franchisee to abide by and sets the rules
for the operation of the Franchise. The Franchise Agreement is
approximately seventy pages. It will vary for different types of
Franchises.

Items such as Mandatory Binding Arbitration, Insurance Coverage,
Site location, Business Interruption, Training Schedule, Operations
Manual Usage, Non-Compete Protection, Protected Territory, Local and
National Advertising, Equipment Purchasing Requirements, Re-modeling
Requirements, Protection of Proprietary Information, Use of Approved
Supplies, Transfer of Securities, Right of First Refusal. We will
then submit the documents to a Franchise Attorney for review and
approval.
The Platinum Program is a complete Franchise Development Program by our Franchising
Specialists. The Platinum Program includes a full year of unlimited
Franchise Consulting in both developing your Franchise, marketing of
the Franchise and Franchise Sales.
Frandocs will prepare for your
Franchise a Personal Guaranty by
Franchisee, Directory of Franchise Regulators, Operations Manual
Outline, List of Franchisees, Financial Statements, and other
federally required documents. We will then
submit the documents to a Franchise Attorney for review and
approval.
Development and
Franchise Sales support by our team of Franchise
Consultants is included with your purchase of the Program.
The consulting on your continuing Franchise Sales
and Operations can be extended beyond the
one year at your option.
This agreement
prepared for you by Frandocs, will allow you to sell
entire areas such as cities, counties, states, or DMA's to area
developers for large sums of money upfront, with continuing initial
franchise fees and royalties.
Operations Manuals
Frandocs has created a
complete operations manual set consisting of (3) separate manuals
and a complete set of forms to be inserted into the manuals. Our
manual specialists have taken over ten years to develop manuals. Each client is
assigned a Manual Specialist to consult on modifying the
manuals to their business. When the manuals are completed, they will
identify your business and will be tailored exactly to your
specifications and business identification.
Pre-Opening Procedures
Manual
Contains items the
new franchisee or business operator needs to know to launch the
business prior to scheduled training in the new business. The Manual
is prepared exactly for your business
Personnel Manual
This part of the manual includes details concerning personnel
policies, job descriptions, hiring and training procedures, benefit
schedules for employees, legal methods of job termination for
employees. The Manual is prepared exactly for your business
Main Operations
Manual
Gives
exact details on how every part of the business , showing procedures
on how to do each individual task, allowing the franchisee a full reference on running the business under the
guidelines of the Franchisor. It Includes specific technical
operations details relating to your products and procedures.
The Manual is prepared exactly for your business.
Your confidential Information shall be
kept confidential by Frandocs and
Frandocs representatives.
It will not be reproduced, distributed, or disclosed by
Frandocs in whole or in part, and shall
not be used for any purpose other than in connection with developing
and launching your Franchise Program.
One full year of
unlimited Franchise Consulting on all topics, by our experts in
franchising, including Franchise Development, Marketing, Sales,
Trademark Identity, Advertising, Branding of your products.
Frandocs does include one
year of advertising on our "Buy A Franchise" page of the
www.Frandocs.com website with a hyper-link to you for Franchise Sales
Leads. The advertising can be extended after the first year for
companies that have signed up for ongoing Franchise Consulting.
Our
Trademark Attorney will
handle search and the registration of your Trademark with the United
States Patent and Trademark Office, so that you will own the
exclusive rights to your name and logo design. ( United States
Trademark Fee $325 not included).
This
confidential application form is to be presented to potential franchise
buyers along with the franchise brochure, and is returned to you,
for evaluation, prior to giving the disclosure documents to the
applicant.
Our
consultants will guide you in the formation of your Franchising
Company, whether it should be a (LLC) Limited Liability Corporation, Sub S or C. Corporation.
Your purchase of the
Platinum Program is financed by Frandocs
at 0% interest with initial payment of
$1,995, Fourth payment of $1,995 and 14 pmts of $750 each.

coordinate every aspect of the development of your Franchise
Program. Frandocs takes a very hands-on approach
